Each sprint is 1 week long.
Every weekday, we share a learning prompt that you can consume at your own time.
On weekends, your week’s learnings are put to test with a real-world case study that you need to crack individually, or in teams.
We understand that as a working professional, you have a busy schedule.
That’s why at Stoa you have the flexibility to plan ahead and pick which sprint you want to do, and during which week.
You can opt to take a few weeks off in order to cater to your professional and personal commitments.
We pick startup founders, executives and investors who have been-there-done-that as faculty to lead sprints at Stoa.
You get to interact with them over the weekend as you ask them questions, hear them talk about their experience and present your work to get feedback from them.
We believe success is as much a function of mindset and preparation as it is of skills and expertise. That is why all Stoa fellows get access to personal coaches as well as industry mentors.
Pick a coach from our certified professional partner coaches and have upto 10 one-on-one sessions with them.

You can use these mentoring sessions for the following purposes ––
A 30 min personal interview to understand whether Stoa is the right fit for you and if you will add value to the Stoa Community
A 3-day offline session designed to get you inducted into the Stoa journey.
Complete the pre-requisites for the Charter and appear for the assessment.
Post clearing the charter, you will unlock the Advanced Specialization
