The program starts with a 3-day offline induction in Bengaluru. During the 6 months of the program, you’ll spend most of your time learning online via 23+ weekly sprints. On clearing the mid and the end-term exam and completing the careers checklist, you will get access to career and placement support.
Each sprint is a week long and covers an individual topic, with a mix of solo and live group-based learning.
Popularly known as Case Weekends at Stoa. Sprints end with hackathons that put your week’s learnings to the test.
We pick startup founders, executives and investors with real-world experience to lead all learning sprints.
Each sprint is designed to help you pick up skills that you can apply at your work. Learn through a mix of individual and team-based modes.

We get it. Work and life gets busy. That’s why the Stoa Program is designed to be light on the weekdays and gives you the flexibility to schedule your own learning.
Weekdays: We share a learning prompt that you can consume at your own time.
Weekends: Your week’s learnings are put to test with a real-world case study to work on.
Career and placement support to those who clear the exams during the Program + complete the career service checklist. Access to hiring partners, company connects, and career drives.
Stoa Charter is a professional charter for Business talent which you can earn while working. The charter exam takes place post the completion of the 6-month program. It is earned only by clearing our industry-backed, rigourous assessments.
The program consists of business concepts taught over a week-long skill 'sprint' that helps you grow as a top business professional.
If you are looking to switch your career role this could be a great way to start as every sprint counts as proof of work.
We do not guarantee placements. Instead, we provide career and placement support to candidates who meet specific requirements – clear the exams during the Program and complete the career services checklist.
Career services checklist includes 1:1 role-fit clarity calls, resume preparation, mock interviews, and profile building exercises.
Once the requirements are met, we help the candidates in their job search through company connects with our hiring partners and career drives.
We have seen our fellows draw a minimum of 8 LPA on an average. We don't give a minimum guarantee for CTC.
Most companies these days are looking for proof of work rather than degrees, so your competence is what will be looked at. However, the program cannot fill the requirement of an MBA if that's the requirement of your company specifically.
You get two attempts to clear the Charter. If you are not able to attain the charter, you cannot call yourself a Stoa Charter holder.
No. We believe in providing you with the best product at the most reasonable fee. We do not want to increase the fee to cater for a no-cost EMI system.
The community consists of a highly selective professional club for business and management talent. Many times you end up finding your business partner, your hiring manager or your coffee table buddy here.
