The program starts with a 3-day offline induction in Bengaluru. During these 6 months, you’ll spend most of your time learning online via 23+ weekly sprints. On clearing the mid-term and the end-term exam and completing the careers checklist, you will get access to career and placement support.

Stoa Charter is a professional charter for Business talent which you can earn while working. The charter exam takes place post the completion of the 6-month program. It is earned only by clearing our industry-backed, rigourous assessments.
The minimum salary offered to L1s. Placed in Business Associate Tier Roles.
The L1 is a testament to one’s problem-solving abilities and understanding of core business fundamentals. L1s work across domains, and offers no specialization currently.

Clearing the L2 attests to a deep grasp a core business domain. The L2 is currently offered in 3 specializations – Marketing, Product and BizOps.

We do not guarantee placements. Instead, we provide career and placement support to candidates who meet specific requirements – clear the exams during the Program and complete the career services checklist.

Most companies these days are looking for proof of work rather than degrees, so your competence is what will be looked at. However, the program cannot fill the requirement of an MBA if that's the requirement of your company specifically.
You get two attempts to clear the Charter. If you are not able to attain the charter, you cannot call yourself a Stoa Charter holder.
