Getting Endorsed involves early to mid-career professionals proving their skills by working on real business problems and defending their work and approach in front of jury members.
We’re looking for leaders who will contribute their insights to design the Endorsement process and criteria. Leaders who will leverage their experience in hiring teams to spot and vouch for the next generation of Indian business talent.
Jury members at Endorsed typically come with 8+ years of experience and are typically P&L owners at growth stage startups and corporates.
100+ jury members across companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Swiggy, Urban Company, Bombay Shaving Company, Cars24 have worked with us previously on the Endorsement process.

We do pay an honorarium for the jury work and the time commitment does not exceed 4-5 hours per quarter. The jury evaluation sessions are scheduled around your calendars and we make sure that candidates are pre-assessed before they present in front of you.
