The Stoa Charter is a highly selective professional charter for business talent. Only the very few who demonstrate the potential to manage and scale-up businesses get in.
There are 2 levels inside the charter – the Stoa L1 and Stoa L2.
Charter members have access to a range of privileges and benefits like unlocking Stoa’s career services, exclusive community events, earning opportunities and more.
Stoa vouches for the excellence and impact that its charter-holders bring to the table. And you know this as well as we do — excellence never goes out of demand.
Earning the Stoa L1 credential is how you enter into the Stoa Charter and unlock access to exclusive job opportunities through Stoa.
Clearing the Level 1 evaluation is a testament to one’s problem-solving abilities and grasp over business fundamentals. It is a generalist credential — there is no specialisation at the L1 stage.
Charter-holders who possess the L1 credential are usually on their way to specialise in either Marketing, Product or BizOps in order to earn their L2 credential.
Earning the Stoa L2 credential is how you step up inside the Stoa Charter and unlock access to the top tier of opportunities through Stoa.
Clearing the Level 2 evaluation is a testament to one’s depth of understanding of a business domain. You can earn the L2 credential in either Marketing, Product or BizOps.
Candidates only get to try for the Stoa L2 credential upon earning their Stoa L1 credential.
Candidates who have earned their L1 credentials are fit for opportunities on par with management postgraduates or freshers from top-tier undergrad institutions who work in ‘Business Associate’ / ‘Management Trainee’ styled positions.
Although the credential is generalist, opportunities in specific domains are also available.
Business Associate ⋆ Management Trainee ⋆ Founders’ Office ⋆ Business Analyst ⋆ Associate Product Manager ⋆ Sr. Associate, Marketing ⋆ Sr. Associate, Operations ⋆ Community Manager ⋆ Biz Dev / Sales Associate ⋆ Customer Success Associate
